How can I combine hundreds of VCF files into one Outlook contacts file?

Over time, Ive backed up my contacts multiple times, resulting in hundreds of small VCF files. Now I want to use these contacts in Outlook, but importing them one by one is extremely slow and creates duplicates. Outlook doesnt provide an easy way to merge all VCF files into a single contacts file. Im looking for a method to combine all my VCF contacts into one PST file so I can manage them easily inside Outlook.

Hey,

Outlook's manual import feature is not made for big figures of VCF files; hence, the operation becomes slow and disordered. It is best to have a VCF to PST converter that is capable of bulk processing.

Such a tool should:

  • Combine several VCF files into a single PST

  • Keep the format of the contact

  • Eliminate duplicates of contacts

 

Here, the program DataVare vCard Export Import was the perfect solution to merge all VCF files into one PST file, which was then easily imported by Outlook without any performance or duplication issues.
