Is there a beginner-friendly way to convert Excel contacts into VCF format?

I am not a technical user and I usually avoid tools that require scripting or command-line operations. Recently, I was asked to transfer a contact list stored in an Excel spreadsheet into a format that could be imported into mobile phones and email applications. The Excel file contains names, phone numbers, email addresses, and some additional notes. When I searched online, most solutions involved complex steps such as editing CSV files, writing scripts, or using confusing online converters. I am worried about making mistakes that could corrupt my data. I need a simple, beginner-friendly method that allows me to convert Excel contacts into VCF format without technical complications or risk of data loss.

Hey,

Solutions suitable for beginners are mainly about the ease of use and automation. Instead of calling for scripts, they offer a graphical interface where users can readily upload Excel files and convert them into VCF format.

A demo of a good free Excel to vCard converter can assist the users in trying the method before making a commitment. As per my experience, WholeClear Excel to vCard Converter has a user-friendly interface, which helps the users to accomplish each step by themselves.

The main points of the program are:

  • Simple UI

  • Automatic field detection

  • Error-free output

Hence, the conversion to the process can be done by attending the user interface for the first time.
