How to Compress Large Outlook PST Files Without Losing Data?

My Outlook PST file has become very large, and it is starting to slow down Outlook. I am worried it might get corrupted if it keeps growing. Can someone please suggest some free and easy methods to compress or reduce the size of my large PST file without losing any important emails or attachments? I am using Outlook 2019 on Windows 10.

My Outlook PST file had gone above 10GB, and Outlook was hanging frequently. After a lot of effort, I used the DataVare Outlook PST Compact Expert tool,  and to tell you the truth, the result was better than expected. The tool compressed the file well without deleting any data. The interface is also very user-friendly. The best thing is that it reduces the size of the file without deleting the attachments. If anyone's PST file has become very large and is facing problems, then I would recommend trying this tool.
