If you want to be a leader you should be able to recognise the contributions of others, you should be able to value of their ideas and the contributions of their work.Sometimes people think they are leaders but they dont value anything that is around them. They just see themselves. The look around and see how good and talented they re, but that is not right. So we can say that in life respect is too important factor. No matter what you are doing. You should respect the one who is beside you. When someone in Wing Chun kung Fu is fighting with you should respect your opponent. If you dont respect you can be in many hard circumstances. By respecting they can be too. But by knowing and appreciating your opponents strength and possinilities to win you understand how to fight in Wing Chun Kung Fu.
